I am starting this post with a very brief apology for my lack of blogging (for the millionth) time - I guess once your Mom calls you out and says you should no longer consider yourself a blogger.. then that reaaaally means you have been out of the game far to long. So here I am - with no promise of getting my groove back, but I do promise to stop by the space of mine a little more so my Mom can't give me a hard time.. love you Mom! #sheismyonlyreader
Anywho, life lately has been busy, exhausting, fun and emotional. Pregnancy hormones sure get the best of you. Somehow I am 29 weeks along and the final trimester is here. I feel like it was just yesterday I was posting my pregnancy announcement on here and had all of these goals of weekly pregnancy updates. As you can see that did not happen - hence my two posts since September... But if you want my stats for this fabulous week 29, you are in luck.
How far along: 29 weeks - third trimester!

How far along: 29 weeks - third trimester!
Gender: Girl
Maternity Clothes: Yes! All of my pants are maternity now, leggings are a blessing and I am now at the point where I know I need some new shirts. The few regular ones I am still in are getting a little short.
Belly button in or out: Partial and it looks so funky! First off, the regret of the junior high belly button piercing is in full effect. Stretched out and so funny looking. Also, about 10 years ago I had an appendectomy and the incision in my belly button scar has risen. Not hot!
Sleep: Sleep is still fantastic, getting a good night sleep most nights. Starting to wake up at least once in the middle of the night for bathroom purposes but I am so lucky that sleep is still easy.
Best moments this week: We got a crib last Sunday which was exciting and continues to make things feel more real. I had my 28 week OB appointment on last Tuesday and my Mom was able to come with me. We heard baby girls heartbeat and all seems to be going great! Seeing my Mom's excitement with being a first time grandma to be was also so sweet and will always be something I remember.
Worst moment this week: Nothing really "bad".. I am getting pretty tired so the lack of energy is getting to me a bit.
Miss anything: Lunch meat - I could really use a Subway turkey sandwich..
Movement: Yes, so much! Baby girl is kicking up a storm and I am loving every minute of it.
Cravings: I have not indulged in one but a Wendy's frosty has been sounding delicious.
Queasy or sick: Yes, still dealing with some sickness - which I am so tired of!
Looking forward to: Taking everything in day by day. This pregnancy has gone so fast that I am taking any chance I can get to enjoy the alone time with John and my family. I wish there was more time in the day to get everything done but I do know I need to take time to relax and just let everything be.
